People need energy to be able to execute their activities properly everyday. The primary source of energy for us humans is food. What we eat greatly affect our entire being as the saying goes, we become what we eat. Today I would like to share my favorite foods and recipes. First of all, I am obsessed with BBQ. I often surf the net to find different variations of BBQ and my favorite is the BBQ ribs recipe. Mashed potato is common to us all and I can’t think of anyone who doesn’t like them.

I’m not really a vegetable eater. However, there are times when I realize that I’m cutting my life short by not eating any vegetables. Oh well, I can eat salad when this happens. I admit that I’m not eating totally healthy at all but I’m trying my best to do that. Everyday, I do a few exercise routines hoping that it might compensate my not-so-good eating habits. Eating healthy may seem easy but when I see those temping fast foods, I just can’t help it.
